Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Imperial Travel Group and our clients.

Enquiries and Quotations

All quotations are subject to availability and confirmation by our suppliers. A quotation is not a confirmed booking. Prices may change until a booking is confirmed and payment is received.

Bookings and Payments

Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received and verified, and supplier confirmation is obtained. Payments are made via Stripe Payment Links sent by our team. We do not operate an automated checkout system.

Supplier Confirmation

Supplier confirmation is recorded separately from payment confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until both payment has been verified and the supplier has confirmed the arrangement.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier and will be communicated at the time of booking. Refunds, where applicable, are processed in accordance with the relevant supplier's terms.

Package Travel Regulations

Applicable Package Travel Regulations and ATOL obligations are considered in the operation of our business. We do not display ABTA or ATOL accreditation unless our actual status has been verified.
